About Simon

Since as far back as I can remember, I’ve always been one to challenge the “norm”. Who am I beyond the labels of our modern world? What is the meaning of life?

Raised by German parents who immigrated to New Zealand shortly before I was born, I grew up with bi-cultural influences. From completing a Business Degree at the University of Otago, continuing with study of western psychology and working as a consultant, I was disillusioned with where I was at and searched for more meaning and purpose to fulfil my life. This enquiry led to the study and practice of eastern philosophies, the human brain and human behaviour. I found myself curious about the mystery of life and the ongoing path of evolution.

Deep down I feel we are all aware of who we truly are. Since the day we were born we have been influenced by things in and out of our control, making access to our authentic self, at times, difficult to access. I would love to help you simply remember who you are by providing tools and practices to support your increased awareness and profound uniqueness.

Having spent over 10 years travelling the world, including visits to Africa, Europe and primarily Asia, I found resonance with eastern ways of life. This experience was a great contrast to my upbringing and challenged many of my beliefs. Through this process I’ve been able to expand my worldview and integrate many life lessons. This has allowed ease and curiosity when relating to people from vastly different walks of life. The fusion of east and west in my practice has opened many doors and I look forward to the ongoing unfolding. Thank you for reading.
